About USTA

The United States Trager Association is registered in Ohio as a non-profit membership corporation which represents and supports, within the United States, Trager psychophysical integration and Mentastics® movement education, the innovative approach to movement education developed by Milton Trager, M.D. and generally referred to as The Trager Approach.

The United States Trager Association is a member of Trager International, a worldwide international organization dedicated to the growth and support of the Trager Approach.

The United States Trager Association’s mission includes: supporting and encouraging the expanding use and recognition of the Trager Approach and Mentastics movement education in the United States; maintaining supporting and enforcing professional standards of practice and instruction in the USA in accordance with the standards of Trager International; and developing, coordinating and regulating the teaching of The Trager Approach and Mentastics movement education in the USA.
