Shelley Parker
Region: Northeast Trager Association (NETA) [Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont]
Secretary
I have a passion for organizational development, cultivating community understanding and creating forums where the emphasis is on self-awareness and communication. I bring this passion to my local community, currently through involvement in an environmental organization and a cancer support organization. I have welcomed many international language students into my home and discovered that every day brings opportunities for appreciating diverse perspectives in the most ordinary of settings.
I discovered Trager in 2003, became a practitioner in 2004 and turned much of my energy toward supporting my regional organization. I love understanding the big picture as I work locally and, in 2006, decided to get more involved in our Trager organization at the national level. This has given me the opportunity to combine my training and background in education, project management, team building and law with my passion for the Trager Approach and our community.

Sue Holper
Region: Northern California (NORCAT)[California zip codes 93000-96999]
Sue Holper has been a Trager Practitioner since 1982 and Tutor since 1985. Focusing on Consciousness and Communication in Bodywork she completed reSource's 1000-hour program in Advanced Professional Bodywork in 1987 and has continued to expand and deepen her bodymind studies ever since. The Trager? Approach remains the essential core of her work with clients. At The Trager? Table, which describes her intention and experience in "doing" this work, appeared in the 1997 May/June issue ofMassage Magazine.
Sue recalls with nostalgia her years developing and implementing the original Trager? Grievance Procedure with the Ethics Committee and especially treasures the initial nine-month group process which gave birth to the Trager? Code of Ethics. She also served on the Tutor Committee in its early days.
In recent years she has turned her attention to studying and teaching Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication model, described by her late friend and mentor Julie Greene as "verbal Trager," and returns with the inspiration of new tools to serve her community as Northern California's representative on the USTA Board of Directors.

Sharon was introduced to the idea of the Trager Approach while attending Massage School in North Carolina in 1987.
